Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to buyers, sellers, and anyone who hits our API or console. We may suspend keys or accounts, drop traffic, and report conduct to authorities where we reasonably believe this policy is broken.
Do not use Token Broker to
- Create, possess, or distribute child sexual abuse material, or any sexual or exploitative content involving minors. We have zero tolerance. We will report it.
- Plan or carry out attacks on computer systems: malware, ransomware, exploits, unauthorized access, credential stuffing, or scanning our or anyone else’s infrastructure for weaknesses.
- Build or assist chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons, or other activity restricted under Canadian or applicable export law.
- Phish, defraud, socially engineer, or run scams; impersonate a person or company to cause harm.
- Violate another party’s terms, copyright, or privacy in a way that uses us as a covert proxy — including trying to deanonymize sellers, scrape the order book beyond ordinary product use, or resell raw access to our managed supply.
- Evade sanctions or deal with parties you know are prohibited under Canadian or US sanctions.
- Overwhelm the Service (load tests against production without written permission, key farming, fake seller endpoints, self-dealing loops).
- Submit prompts whose sole purpose is to jailbreak a model into the categories above.
Sellers
You may only list capacity you are allowed to sell. Stolen keys, shared consumer subscriptions used in breach of their issuer’s terms, and endpoints that launder traffic from banned providers are prohibited. Canary failures, fraud signals, or sanctions hits can freeze payables.
Your end users
If you wrap our API in your product, you must pass through equivalent prohibitions and are responsible for your users’ prompts as if they were yours.
What we may do
Rate-limit, require extra verification, refuse models or regions, retain request metadata and limited error snippets for abuse review, and cooperate with lawful process. We are not obligated to monitor every prompt, and routing to a filling party does not mean we endorse the output.
